Linda Olson Keller, MS, BSN, APRN, BC Linda Olson Keller is a Senior Research Scientist in Public Health Nursing Policy and Partnerships at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing. For the past 25 years she has focused on population-based community assessment, program planning, and evaluation. Linda’s public health nursing practice includes consultation and research with state and local health departments throughout the United States.
